01Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Ezeron Tech (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles personal information when you use our website or contact us through it.
02Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the Contact or Start a Project form, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to share. This can include:
- your name, email address and phone number
- your company or organisation, if you add it
- the type of project, a description of what you want to build, and your message
- for Start a Project: where you are with the project, your estimated budget and your preferred timeline
Technical information. When you open the Website, your browser connects to services that load fonts and images for the pages (see “Third-party services” below). Those services can see technical details such as your IP address and browser type.
03How our forms work
Our forms do not send your details to a server of ours. When you submit one, the Website builds a message from what you entered and opens WhatsApp so that you can review and send it. We receive the information only if you send that message.
Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta, under its own terms and privacy policy.
04Cookies and analytics
At the time of writing, the Website does not use analytics or advertising trackers and does not set cookies of its own. If that changes, we will update this policy.
05How we use information
We use the information you send us to:
- reply to your enquiry and discuss your project
- prepare quotations and deliver services you ask for
- keep a record of our correspondence
- meet legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
06Sharing information
We share personal information only where needed to handle your enquiry or deliver a service, for example with tools we use to communicate or host work, or where the law requires it. Anyone we share it with is expected to protect it appropriately.
07How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages and project records only for as long as we need them for the purposes above, including record-keeping, and then delete or anonymise them.
08Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no method of sending or storing data is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or other highly sensitive information through the forms or in a first message.
09Your rights
Under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you may have rights over your personal information, such as asking what we hold about you, asking us to correct it, and asking us to delete it or stop using it. To make a request, message us on WhatsApp using the numbers below.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
10Third-party services
The Website uses Google Fonts for typefaces and loads some images from third-party image hosts. It also links to WhatsApp. These services receive technical information such as your IP address when your browser requests content from them, and they handle it under their own policies.
11Children
The Website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
